"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We had a party for our twins there yesterday and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect.
Our daughter is autistic and can get overwhelmed. Jade made sure the sensory room was available for us and that there weren't too many kids in at one time. She also took the time to show Lily the party room and make sure she was happy with things the lights and removed the balloon arch as she's scared of balloons. At every point in the party staff checked in with us to make sure everyone was happy.
There was a good selection of food in the lunch boxes plus fruit and veg sticks and cup cakes.
The whole thing seemed seamless and easy, and took the stress out of organising a party.
I wouldn't hesitate to book another party there, and to recommend it to others. It was wonderful."
